Fired Up HR Employee Performance In A Not-So-Normal Workplace Employees are paid to make a difference – to create the great value and the largest return possible for their company. This is a difficult event when the workplace around them constantly changes; there is nothing “normal” about our current workplace environment. Hence the “New Normal” workplace where HR professionals and managers must be exceptional at engaging and inspiring employee performance – of connecting employees to their jobs is such a way as to keep them engaged, excited and fired up in spite of their changing world. This requires many HR professionals to assist in creating a new approach to management that requires “connection.” The goal is connected and engaged employees, the result is performance. (more...)
