“Generational experts agree that the newest entrants to the workforce, dubbed “Millennials” or “Generation Y,” will place a number of demands on the traditional work environment. Beatles, Bono, Bling and Swing: The Intersection of 4 Generations at Work Friday, June 13, 2008
The presence of the four generations--each with their own approaches to work, loyalty, communication, and learning create great opportunities for organizations to grow and develop. This session will explore the unique contributions of Veterans, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials to the workplace.
