The 2011 AWBC Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6 at 4:00 EST. Please complete the following 3 steps to join the meeting.
We will use telephone conferencing and web conferencing for this meeting. Please come to the meeting about 5-10 minutes early as you must set up your web conferencing account. Instructions follow--we suggest you print them out first.
Step 1: Dial into the call using the following to join the audio portion of the meeting.
Dial-in Number: (605) 475-4800
Access Code: 193827
Step 2: Join the online conference (we are using FreeSee webconferencing software). This will allow you to view the materials from your computer desktop.This aspect of the meeting is optional however encouraged.
Click on the meeting link: Meeting Link: http://www.freesee.com/meetings/432-469-893
(OR Go to http://www.freesee.com/ and fill in your name, email address and meeting ID fields--Meeting ID 432-469-893-- in the Join Meeting login box. Once filled in, click on the Join Meeting button.)
Fill in your name address and select Submit.
The following page will log you into the meeting and ask you to download the FreeSee software.
Download the file by following the prompts.
Once the software is downloaded, the meeting will begin.
