Disney has a large consumer marketing division that "speaks" directly to consumers, but the work of Travel Industry Marketing is either business to business (B2B), or business to business to consumer (B2B2C). Although many of our materials do end up in the hands of a consumer, none of them ever reach the consumer directly - they are all obtained through a intermediary.
Balinda and Maira will share some of their experiences in creating and modifying materials that align with the Disney consumer marketing strategies, while still being relevant to the Travel Industry Marketing distribution channel.
