As we begin to further expand the research body, it is causing us to re-prioritize how we work with individuals, teams, and organizations. Expect to walk away with: understanding of current findings in Emotional Intelligence (EQ)-as related to leadership of individuals, groups, and teams; better grasp of limbic tango-how it works and how you need to work with it; a new twist on natural leadership in teams; and a simple frame of using your EQ to work with change at any level. - RSS Feed Powered by RunMyClub.com</description>
