Privacy Commitment
At InSite Business Solutions we strive to help our customers protect their privacy while using our services and visiting our sites. To protect your privacy, InSite Business Solutions has instituted a number of policies that give you information and control. InSite Business Solutions:
- Provides a link to this privacy statement on all pages that ask for personal information.
- Will not release personal identifying information about your member base without first obtaining consent.
- We will maintain security standards and procedures for the sake of preventing unauthorized access to your information.
- We will update and test our technology on an ongoing basis to improve the protection of confidential information in our possession and to help ensure that your transactions are secure.
- Although credit card data is collected in the membership application and event registration RunMyClub modules, this data is not stored in our database. Only the last four digits of the credit card number is stored in RunMyClub.com. All other credit card specific data is deleted after the transaction.
- We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of confidential customer information, to have access to such information.
- We will make all reasonable efforts to maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date customer files. Customers will be able to easily notify us about any errors in such information, which we will promptly correct, where appropriate.
Tell a Friend
If an member of our client organizations elects to inform a friend about an event or club they submit their friend's email. We automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to join the organization or event. We will use your friend's e-mail for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail. The data is not saved after the email is sent.
What Kind of Information Do We Share with Others?
Except as may be stated expressly in this Privacy Policy, InSite Business Solutions does not share personal information with third parties.
Legal Disclosures
There are a limited number of situations where we may disclose your personal information to others without first receiving your consent: (1) when legally order to do so by a lawful subpoena or court order; (2) If you violate or breach an agreement with us; (3) if we believe conduct by you will harm the property or rights of Insite Business Solutions or those of Insite Business Solutions' clients; (4) under exigent circumstances, to protect the physical safety of Insite Business Solutions, its employees, users of the general public; (5) in connection with the sale of all or substantially all of our company's assets or sale of an entire Website or business division; or, (6) in order to validate credit card numbers for charging for fee services.
