Your strong focus will be on Employee Relations. Strong skills in multi-tasking to deal with a variety of employee relations issues simultaneously.
You may be asked to actively participate in the development of policies and procedures.
Work hand in hand with the managers, supervisors and employees to communicate all Human Resource programs, conduct training, etc.
Strong focus for an individual who likes “getting out in the field” traveling to various facilities, offices, etc to communicate with staff.
This client is seeking an individual with a good, solid track record of working with all levels of staff and managers from supervisors to executives.
Bachelor degree required.
Preference of 5 years in a Human Resources environment
$75K - $85K plus excellent bonuses, college tuition reimbursement and incredible benefits! Will provide relocation assistance if necessary.
