Summary Description: Manages employee benefits. Example of Duties: 1. Sends enrollment forms to eligible employees once a month. 2. Ensures the enrollment of eligible employees. 3. Ensures all benefit information is accurate and up to date. 4. Communicates with employees and their families. 5. Answers questions regarding benefits and eligibility. 6. Communicates with providers and insurance companies in regard to employees. 7. Enrolls employees in 401K’s and communicates with 401K administrator regarding employee accounts, loans and distributions. 8. Sends notice of employee deductions to payroll. 9. Manages employee benefit termination; ensures that COBRA information has been sent out. 10. Manages employee files by maintaining back up employee benefit enrollment and termination information. 11.Must have a consistent presence at work. *The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the Company.
