Coaching and Training are often complementary. As a trainer, you may recognize times when coaching could be a real asset to those you train. In this session, we’ll start by looking briefly into the questions of what coaching is, what it isn’t, and whether and when to recommend it. Then you’ll have the opportunity to discover and develop your hidden – or obvious – coaching talents through practice of three specific coaching competencies. (more...)
