Our August meeting features Clinton Howlett, Foreclosure Listing Broker from Century 21 Brock & Associates, Mark Vernon, Senior Residential Loan Officer & FHA 203K Rehabilitation Loan Specialist from Prospect Mortgage. We also have a fun activity that will help you get to know the other members. We're going to spend a few minutes talking about the local real estate market, so bring some questions and answers for the group. If you have specific questions and need comps or stats on an area please let me know. Admission is free for members & full-time Students w/ID, $15 for non-members and a guest. Our meetings are hosted at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty at 1001 Military Cutoff Rd. in Wilmington, NC 28405.
