How to register for the 2010 PSCA 54^th Annual Conference: Provide your last name and email address on this first page of the online conference registration system. Current Members with an online profile should use the email address associated with that profile. All conference registrations and meal reservations must be paid by check, money order, or credit card. No Purchase Orders unless accompanied by a check. To register as a Member, dues must be current through May 20, 2010. Please check your membership expiration date before registering to attend the conference. Students MUST provide a faculty advisor's contact information under Status on the next page of this registration system. Please DO NOT INCLUDE MEMBERSHIP FEES OR MEMBERSHIP FORM WITH CONFERENCE REGISTRATION. Join the PSCA or renew your membership at www.PSCA-Web.org Cancellations/refunds: All requests for refunds must be in writing and emailed or postmarked before May 20, 2010. Requests for refunds emailed or postmarked after May 20, 2010 will not be honored. There will be a 15% cancellation fee applied to all refunds. Please follow the instructions on each of the subsequent pages. If not paid by credit card online at the time of registration, registration fees mailed to the registrar must be postmarked before March 26, 2010, to receive the EARLY REGISTRATION rate.
