WTA 2009 Open House

Join the WTA for our annual Open House which is a free event and open to all IT and Telecom Professionals. The event will held at the Harley-Davidson Museum on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Steven Shepard, the keynote speaker, will be speaking about the Industry at Large, looking at all of the forces that are shaping it and causing it to take new and (for most) exciting directions. Stephen does not believe in just burying people with the data; Steven will leave you with a sense of what you can DO with the data. He will also weave in a piece on what he calls harnessing the power of the crowd, which looks at ways the information can be converted to knowledge that can actually be applied. The second presentation, the optional technology session, will be an opportunity for people to learn more about the technologies themselves in a painless environment.
