Compass Home Office in Crowley, LA has an immediate opening for a Full-time Human Resource Coordinator. This non-exempt position will report to the Director of Human Resources and serve as a liaison to multiple facilities and those employees. Among other duties, the HR Coordinator provides administrative support on all personnel matters, coordinates staff development through the maintenance of databases and communicates needs between home office and facility management.
Candidates must have a minimum one year of Human Resources experience to be considered for the position. Healthcare HR experience preferred. Minimum of high school education with additional vocational/college education highly preferred. Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc, a must.
