Job Title: Human Resources Administrator Department: Human Resources Reports To: Human Resources Director FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: This full time position will assist the Human Resources Director with the administration of the company’s benefits, and data entry into COINS systems.
Benefits • Be a subject matter expert in all WHC health insurance plan design in order to answer employee questions concerning insurance needs • Enroll employees in insurance plans • Maintain changes in COINS system during employee benefit enrollment and upon termination of employment • Assist with the open enrollment process and ensure all documentation is correct • Conduct monthly benefits reconciliations, deductions report, and other audits as necessary
COINS OA System • Inputs and ensures accuracy of COINS data (e.g. data entry, audits, clean-up, and benefits data). • Enter changes and/or corrections in COINS system including benefits, new hires, and terminations and training • Creates and runs reoccurring reports (e.g. audit, demographic, EEO, Monthly Headcounts)
Additional Responsibilities • Maintain daily filing and general office management. • Generate HR reports as requested • Process all employment verifications • Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements • High School diploma (or equivalent) is required, Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred • 2+ year(s) experience in human resources • Knowledge of benefits and corresponding insurance guidelines • Proficiency in Microsoft office; MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with COINS OA a plus. • Good communicator, and must have the ability to build positive relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and build trust with employees and to respond to inquiries quickly and with exceptional customer service • Ability to meet strict deadlines within time constraints
