Job Summary

Responsible for assisting the organization with a wide range of HR support and advice by applying business knowledge and human resources expertise throughout the employee lifecycle. Serves as a primary contact for employees and employed providers, as well as other internal and external customers. Responsible for ensuring inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.

Job Description

Responsible for managing the life cycle of employed providers, including the hiring process, status changes and provider off-boarding by ensuring a timely and compliant process across the organization
Review provider contract terms for proper entry into the HRIS and research termination scenarios when necessary
Prepare provider letters accordingly
Identify improvements in existing process and educate key players on process changes
Assist in process improvement and implementation of new programs to improve the overall employee experience
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on HR policies and processes
Assist in reporting and improving HR metrics of the HR Service Center
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of state and federal labor and employment regulations
Knowledge of benefits terminology and general understanding of benefits plans and processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to change
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including executive leaders and physicians
Ability to read and understand legal contracts
Ability to learn various business applications systems, especially HRIS
Ability to demonstrate teamwork, as well as effectively work independently
High standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism and customer service
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, while being detail-oriented

Healthcare Up to 2 years
