The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition activities including: sourcing, screening, diverse talent pipeline development and the selection process (interviewing, presenting qualified candidates and extending offers).
Qualifications: • 5-7 years recruiting experience, with exposure to affirmative action. • A two-year associate degree or equivalent required. • Expert level knowledge in candidate attraction and relationship building, and excellent at building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. • Expert level of knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting activities including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, and networking. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills. • Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, social media, and other predictive tools. • A strong process orientation with the goal of implementing or developing best practices into the talent acquisition function. Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals. • Advanced social media and recruiting sourcing tools required (LinkedIn Recruiter). • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously progress a variety of hard to fill active requisitions and proactively pipeline and engage with passive candidates. • Experience supporting Senior level and above positions is strongly preferred. • Ability to offer excellent customer service to internal and external clients • Must be able to travel to all outer markets.
