Working at the direction of the HR Director, Oil & Gas this position is responsible for advise, coach and counsel with leadership team in identification, prioritization, and building of required organizational and people capabilities e.g (performance management, talent development, workforce productivity solutions and programs). Lead organization design, effectiveness and development initiatives. Optimize human capital through uses of workforce planning and analytics. Develop and oversee HR programs including employee engagement planning, talent review process, employee development, performance management, and succession planning. Ensures the consistent application of HR policies, processes and systems within the groups they partner with. Effectively initiate and sustain critical business change into the organization. Collaborate with Corporate HR services to deliver HR solutions. Conduct organizational assessments and work with leaders/teams to determine appropriate solutions.

Being Responsible for supporting company Safety Management System
Complying with Company HS&E policies and procedures
Strong presentation abilities both oral and written
Broad compensation knowledge (pay for performance, market based compensation, compensation structures, bonus plans, etc.)
Understands how to measure and implement Talent Development & Succession Planning for business continuity purposes
Knows, understands and demonstrates how to manage and mitigate risks
Ability to organize data and analysis into summarized recommendations that support decisions
Able to manage and implement department specific change and projects
A good judge of talent
Understands "Why" we do things as a function; not only "What" we do
Strong team player; pro-actively engages with peers, subordinates and managers to prevent misunderstandings
Understands the impact of decisions on other parts of the function and business
Any additional duties as may be assigned
Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or related field plus at least five years of experience in a human resources department. HR certification preferred. Thorough knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws, ADA, and other government compliance regulations that affect employee relations Excellent interviewing and general communications and writing skills Organized and professional demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality
