The Human Resources Administrator will act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners.
The HR Administrator maintains employment records, HR documents (ex. employment records, onboarding and off boarding guidelines) and updates internal databases.
Answer inquiries from employees and managers about HR-related issues Responsible for timely completion of provider new hire processing, onboarding and off boarding Review provider contract terms for proper hire and termination processing Research termination scenarios and prepare letters accordingly when necessary Identify improvements in existing processes and educate key players on process changes Issue employee security badges Update internal databases as necessary to maintain accurate employment records Maintains employment records and compiles reports from the database as needed Complete employment verifications upon request Maintain and troubleshoot Workday account access issues Responsible for outgoing & incoming mail processing for the HR Service Team Support HR department with any clerical or administrative needs Participate in HR projects as requested Any other duties deemed necessary by management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required Knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent critical evaluation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to change Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects Ability to read and understand legal contracts Knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws is preferred Typing skills of 40-45 words per minute
