This position will process new hire paperwork and maintain employment records. This position is currently part time but will become full time in early 2019.
• Responsible for timely completion of new hire paperwork and occasional onboarding • Use e-Verify to check status of all new hire employees • Process all employee records including scanning for electronic storage while maintaining confidentiality of all information • Running and filing of reports • Break and time off relief for receptionist • Report new hires to state reporting websites
Additional Responsibilities • Maintain daily filing and general office management. • Generate HR reports as requested • Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements • High School diploma (or equivalent) is required, Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred • 2+ year(s) experience in human resources • Proficiency in Microsoft office; MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with COINS OA a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and must have the ability to build positive relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and build trust with employees and to respond to inquiries quickly and with exceptional customer service • Ability to meet strict deadlines within time constraints
