The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing Payroll for W2 population with minimal supervision
Print/Process payroll maintenance Calculate and input Leave of Absence deduction information Pull time card reports Process new hires and terminated employees Process garnishments including setup and computation Setup 401K loan deductions for employees Reconcile and distribute monthly payroll information to appropriate regions Create EIB templates for mass data loads Transmit payrolls timely and accurately Verify all policy and procedure guidelines are maintained Assist employees/providers with payroll questions/problems Assist in audit requests Ad hoc requests Any other duties deemed necessary by management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Data Entry Skills Customer Service Attention to detail is critical, be self-motivated, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality Good oral and written communication skills Good organizational and time management skills. Must work well with others Excel experience a must
