Job Description
The Human Resources recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring effective and efficient talent acquisition.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Manage all requisitions and actively monitor progress through the life of the requisition, from creation through on-boarding.
•Work with hiring managers to create job analysis and job descriptions in alignment with the Corporate Talent Acquisition strategies.
•Post open positions using different outlets, including but not limited to job boards, social media outlets, professional organizations, and other appropriate venues.
•Develop solid applicant sources, both internally and externally, to build a pipeline for talent.
•Assist in performing reference and background screenings in accordance with policies.
•Prepare all communication with applicants, including offer letters and packages, denial letters and adverse letters.
•Work with other departments to ensure a consistent and fluid on-boarding experience for new hires.
•Efficiently and effectively fill open positions including sourcing, screenings, and interviewing.
•Develop and execute Corporate Talent Acquisition plans by working with hiring managers to establish recruiting best practices.
•Develop and track metrics so that the process is transparent and measurable; assist managers with meeting recruiting metrics; translate talent data into meaningful action plans and make recommendations for improvement.
•Coordinate and attend recruiting fairs and promote a strong corporate brand.
•Perform other duties, as instructed.
•Abide by ATC’s health and safety policies and procedures.

Basic qualifications:
•High School diploma or equivalent degree
•1+ year(s) experience in Human Resources, recruiting or other related fields
•Active knowledge in labor and employment laws in multiple states
•MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word
•Working knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems
•MS Visio
Desired qualifications:
•Associate’s degree or higher in business administration, human resources or other equivalent field
•3+ years in a recruiting role
•Experience with ADP Vantage
•Ability to build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and team members
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Knowledge of HR Recruiting best practices
•Ability to create, maintain and communicate metrics, dashboards, surveys, etc.
•Proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks at once
•Strong knowledge of generally accepted interviewing and hiring practices
•Ability to work independently.
