The Workforce Management Analyst works under the supervision of the Workforce Management Director to provide support to the business. This is an exciting time for the Workforce Management team with a focus on internal mobility, the launch of new processes, and establishing a strategic approach for workforce planning within the organization. This entry level role requires whoever is selected to be innovative, entrepreneurial, and have strong relationship building skills.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Manage resource requests by validating requirements, searching for internal candidates, and presenting candidates for consideration • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to provide support to CGI Members on career growth, mobility, and development • Provide guidance to members on available learning and growth opportunities across the business in alignment with career goals and a focus on retention • Administration and maintenance for organization wide Resource Management (RM) tool and serve as department subject matter expert to assist members in completing profiles. Requires a partnership with the global team responsible for the resource management tool • Run monthly reports on member compliance, communicate results to business leaders and provide support to members who do not have compliant resource profiles • Assist in the creation and maintenance of department presentations and workforce management program related materials • Maintain and administer the department’s SharePoint Site(s) • Identify, extrapolate and refine existing key resource management metrics and how these metrics impact business • Assist in identifying and leveraging tools and technology to identify candidates and develop creative staffing solutions for open resource requests and capture related activities • Assist in the analysis, identification and selection of a Workforce Management Tool; once tool has been selected participate in the testing and implementation of the tool
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Service-minded attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels of the organization • Proactive organizational and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio • Bachelor’s Degree; Human Resources preferred
Preferred qualifications • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to include charts, graphs, pivot tables, formulas etc. • Experience working with SharePoint • Experience working with Tableau • Experience working in a Consulting or IT Services Organization
