Job Summary: This position is classified as a Salesman in training. To perform this job successfully, the candidate will enter into a 4 month training period. The first 3 months the candidate will work in the Delivery Department riding with a driver learning the packages. The 4th month will be dedicated to learning about draught. After they have completed the duties satisfactorily with a good evaluation, the candidate will be place on a Sales team where they will continue their Sales training. A level of professionalism at all times both in action and appearance must be maintained.
The candidate must possess the following:
- At minimal an associate’s degree; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Candidate will also be required to get a Class “D” Chauffeur’s License as well as a Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
