Assists with the tasks necessary for the payroll processing function. Ensures timely and accurate payments to employees in compliance with all payroll laws, rules, and regulations. Plays a role in maintaining compliance with specific corporate policies as they relate to payroll. Provides timely phone and email support to timekeepers, managers & supervisors and other employees.
•4-year degree, Accounting or business-related field preferred, AND •2 years of payroll or closely-related experience, AND •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creation of pivot tables, value lookups, and data summarization •Strong data analytic skills •Workday experience preferred •PeopleSoft Financials experience preferred •SAP experience preferred •Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
