Provide overall strategic human resource leadership to the organization. Lead the development and implementation of human resource programs, services and policies. Areas of focus include employee relations, employment practices, compensation, recruitment, employee orientation and retention, training and development, employment law, HR compliance; and employee communications. The HR Vice President leads the development of the strategic people agenda to support the execution of business strategies. The HR Vice President will work with the Hulin Health Leadership Team to implement key HR strategies and solutions that support short and long-term business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance Coach and develop a high performing management team and drive employee retention, development and overall performance. Participate in the development of Hulin Health’s plans and programs as a strategic partner with a specific focus of the impact on employees and translate the strategic agenda and tactical business plans into HR programs Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory changes that will impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of employees Develop human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps Develop workforce planning strategies, succession planning, and programs to identify key talent for the organization Responsible for conducting termination reviews with management to ensure compliance with Hulin Health’s policies and procedures, in addition to applicable HR laws and regulations Responsible for creating and updating all job descriptions for Hulin Health employees and creating a strategic recruiting plan to attract and retain quality candidates Develop proactive compensation programs to drive employee performance and retention Ensure compliance with all employment law and HR related laws and regulations. Provide appropriate training and resources to managers and employees for compliance. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related degree required 10+ years of Human Resource Management, or related field, with management experience and training preferred Equivalent combination of education and management experience may be considered SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
