HR Training and Development Director Stuller Type: Full-Time Posted: 7/25/2017
The Training and Development Director will plan, direct, and coordinate all programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of Stuller associates. This position is responsible for working with managers to ensure associates are fully trained and can do their job effectively while helping associates learn new skills and develop existing ones. The Training and Development Director will also have responsibility for implementing Stuller's learning management system and using it to track development activities of all associates Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field of study 8+ years experience with training and development Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi task Experience with learning management systems Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Responsibilities:
Work with leadership to assess training needs Align training with the organization’s strategic goals Create and manage a training budget, ensuring that operations are within budget Develop and implement training programs that make the best use of available resources Develop and maintain our new hire and new manager onboarding programs Update training programs to ensure that they are current Oversee the creation of educational materials, such as online learning modules Review training materials from a variety of vendors and select materials with appropriate content Teach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors Manage the tracking of all learning and development activities of associates through Stuller's learning management system.
