The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department with new hire orientation and onboarding projects and supporting the HR team with day to day activities.
•Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. with an emphasis in HR •Strong communications skills both written and oral •Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information •Ability to work independently as well as with a team •Proficient with MS Office Suite and Prezi •Strong computer and technology skills •Professional and positive demeanor •Ability to work with various levels of the organization
•Research best practices for decentralizing a new hire orientation and onboarding program •Creatively and innovatively propose new ideas •Collaborate with others to develop program
This is a paid internship with pay based on experience and qualifications.
